1. Payment Terms

  • 70% deposit is required upon confirmation of order.

  • The remaining 30% balance is payable before final installation is completed.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

  • All prices include standard installation and delivery via lift access (where available).

  • A surcharge applies for manual carrying by staircase beyond 3 storeys.

3. Payment Methods

  • We accept Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer, and PayNow.

  • Credit Card payments via CardUp are available, subject to additional CardUp processing fees borne by the customer.

4. Final Quotation & Site Measurement

  • The final quotation may be adjusted after site measurement.

  • Additional charges may apply for works required to cover beams, cornices, uneven walls/floors, or for changes in dimensions and layout.

5. Warranty

  • Modular kitchen and wardrobe products come with 2 years warranty, covering manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, improper use, cleaning damages, or incidental impact.

  • Warranty for soft-close (anti-slam) hinges, runners, and rollers are 2 years from invoice date.

6. Product Specifications

  • Standard carcass depth: 600mm for shelves, drawers, and cabinets (unless otherwise specified).

  • Pelmet / U-Box may be required to level ceiling and sides for optimal sliding door performance.

  • Uneven walls or floors can affect door alignment and sliding smoothness. Leveling works, if required, will be chargeable.

7. Installation & Scheduling

  • Site measurement and installation dates are subject to availability.

  • To maintain installation quality and warranty standards, Modusense installs only recommended or approved fixtures and hardware as part of our kitchen & wardrobe system.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the site is ready and accessible for installation (e.g., flooring completed, walls prepared).

8. Defects & Rectification

  • Any defects must be reported on the day of installation.

  • Modusense reserves the right to assess and rectify only valid manufacturing or installation issues.

9. Title of Goods

  • Ownership of all goods remains with Modusense Pte Ltd until full payment has been received.

10. Price Validity

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, depending on material costs and market conditions.
