1. How is pricing calculated for modular kitchen and wardrobe?
Pricing is based on an itemised calculation tailored to your layout.
Pricing Factors include:

Length (per foot run) and height of the area

Internal layout (shelves, drawers, hanger bars, tall units)
-
Add-ons such as side panels, pelmet/box-up, or countertop material
-
Choice of materials (carcass, door finishes, countertop options)
👉 A quotation includes materials, standard installation, and delivery. Any additional works (e.g., dismantling, disposal, levelling, wall hacking) should be handled by your contractor.
2. Do I need exact measurements to get a quote?
No. Estimated dimensions (from floor plan or rough on-site measurements) are sufficient for an initial layout and quote.

Small differences (e.g., 100mm in length) usually do not affect pricing unless the layout changes.

Final site measurements will be arranged after order confirmation. Any changes will be updated in the final quotation before production begins.
3. What is included in the kitchen & wardrobe quotation?

Modular cabinet carcass (E1 eco-friendly boards, factory-made)
- To maintain installation quality and warranty standards, Modusense installs only recommended or approved fixtures and hardware as part of our kitchen system.

Doors, drawers, and internal fittings

Standard soft-close hinges and runners

Installation and delivery by lift access

Electrical, plumbing, in house if applicable
Excluded (if needed, handled separately by contractor):

4. Do I need a site visit before ordering?

For initial planning, you can provide us your floor plan.

A site visit for measurement will be arranged after order confirmation.

If a pre-order site check is required, a $80 call-out fee applies (waived upon order confirmation).
5. Where is your showroom and what can I expect?

6. What is required to confirm an order?
To confirm your order, we will need:
Your full name, contact, and installation address
Confirmation via email
Deposit payment (70%)
Once confirmed, we will:

Arrange site measurement

Finalise layout and updated quotation (if any)

Begin production and schedule installation
7. What is the lead time for installation?

Modular Kitchen: Approx. 3–4 weeks

Wardrobe (swing or sliding): Approx. 3–4 weeks

Combined Kitchen + Wardrobe package: Approx. 4–6 weeks
Lead time starts after site measurement and final confirmation of layout.
8. Can I make changes after the layout is confirmed?
Yes. After site measurement, if there are adjustments in dimensions or configuration:

We will revise your layout and quotation.

You will receive the final version for approval before production begins.
9. What if my floor or wall is uneven?
Uneven surfaces can affect cabinet alignment and door closing.

Our team will make adjustments during installation for best results.

For major levelling (e.g., partition walls, flooring gaps), additional works may be required and should be handled by your contractor.
10. How do I make payment?

Payment Schedule:

70% deposit is required upon confirmation of the order.

The remaining 30% balance is payable before final installation is completed.
