At Modusense, we are committed to ensuring your modular kitchen and wardrobe orders are delivered and installed safely, on time, and with care. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.


Delivery Coverage

  • We currently provide delivery and installation services within Singapore only.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Pre-orders / Custom-made products: Estimated 14–21 working days, depending on material availability and production schedule.

  • Kitchen & Wardrobe Installations: Our team will contact you within 48 hours after order confirmation to arrange site measurement and schedule installation.

Shipping & Installation Fees

  • Standard delivery and installation are included in all orders via lift access.

  • Surcharge applies for manual carrying by staircase beyond 3 storeys.

  • On-site consultation, if specially requested before confirmation, will incur an $80 fee to cover manpower and logistics.

Order Tracking & Updates

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive email or WhatsApp updates on site measurement, production, and installation schedule.

Missed Deliveries / Installations

  • If no one is available at the delivery address or site, a re-delivery / re-installation fee may apply.

  • Please ensure that your contact details and site access are accurate and ready for our installation team.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your products upon delivery and installation.

  • If any product is found damaged or missing, notify us within 48 hours with your order number and supporting photos. We will resolve the matter promptly.
